What was Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Nushin Sayfie thinking when she decided on no jail time for Roberto Hernandez who put a cat inside a cage, lighting her on fire, then sat down, grabbed a drink as he watched the feline thrash in agony, dying a slow horrific death?!

What kind of message is she sending to the community about animal abuse and consequences?

Her ruling has caused serious public outrage!

Animal cruelty is a serious offense and often times a precursor to other crimes.

Please arrange a hearing in front of the Florida Supreme Court panel for judge Sayfie.
