The entire judicial system at its highest level seems to be unified in standing against Judge Witcher, who now seems to be fighting the entire judicial system, having become an enemy of the judicial system because he dares do what was right. WE WON'T LET HIM STAND ALONE!

The judiciary indicates that Judge Witcher should have taken the issue to his immediate supervisor, but as he indicated in a prior statement that he felt there would be a coverup so he went on record to make sure his findings were preserved, believing that otherwise problem would have been swept under the rug, and not be solved. That view seems to have been correct.

The supervisor the judiciary said in their latest statement that Judge Witcher should have reported the discrimination to is none other than the Assignment Judge Benjamin C. Telsey, the same judge who threatened to remove him after disclosing the discrimination. The same Judge the judiciary has not taken any action against for his conduct. for his threats to Judge Witcher.

Judge Witcher's belief that the matter would be covered up is proven by the investigation the judiciary has undertaken. To date, they have made public statements, claiming no evidence has been found, despite hearing and seeing what we all heard and saw.  There is something they didn't tell you.

This investigation, the search for truth, not the search to discredit Judge Witcher, the judiciary's investigation never interviewed Judge Witcher!  They didn't tell you that about their investigation! Deceptive! What kind of legitimate investigation would not interview the main witness?

It is clear that the entire New Jersey Judicial System, all the way up to the highest levels, has taken a unified stance against one man, Judge Witcher.

Let's not let him stand for justice alone. Share this petition with your family and friends, let them know what is happening, and encourage them to share as well. It is a sad day when the justice system stands against a judge seeking justice. Don't let Judge Witcher Stand Alone.
