Judge Schipper’s Judicial Tenure Commission Investigation is Moving Forward!!!

Hi All,

It’s a crummy, rainy day, but I come with good news! 

1. Judge Schipper’s Judicial Tenure Commission investigation is moving to the next phase!
2. I had a phone call going through the transcripts with our Appellate Lawyer; we had to break it into two meetings because it was he said Ryan’s sentencing was “awful,” “overwhelming,” and was genuinely shocked it went so wrong. It was truly horrible, but will all work in Ryan’s favor for appeal. 

After tomorrow, we’ll have a way forward on how to attack Ryan’s appeal. 

It’s so, so nice to finally be getting traction.
