URGENT! Ryan could be moved to a Level IV Prison!

Friends and Family, 

I am writing today with an urgent call to action. 

Because Ryan is considered a first time offender, he was unable to get a 6 month waiver that would prevent him from being moved to a Level IV Prison. 

Level IV is the highest security prison in Michigan, as we no longer have Supermax prisons. They house truly dangerous offenders such as those who commit murders and gruesome violent crime. 

We have no idea when Ryan will be moved because Michigan Department of Corrections policy is that they do not give forewarning on moves for "security" reasons.

This potential move puts Ryan at significant risk. He is truly in danger. 

You can help us by: 

1. Calling Judge Michael Schipper's Office at 269-945-1286, emailing him and his clerk at mschipper@barrycounty.org and istraube@barryco.org and demanding that they free Ryan before they have blood on their hands.

2. Continued sharing of this petition and getting the word out.
