On March 21st in Las Vegas Nevada Cadesha Bishop age 25 was asked by a 74 year old man with a walker if she could be less rude on the RTC bus that they were riding. As he turned from her to exit the bus she violently shoved him down the steps, in the video you can see him land pretty hard. On April 23rd the man died because of the injuries he received that day. Judge Jeannie Hua of Las Vegas Justice court, released Cadesha Bishop, even though she has a history of violence. The judge needs to be removed, and when Cadesha Bishop goes to court for her preliminary hearing on May 21st, I think that she should be placed back into custody until her trial begins, to make sure she is not on the streets doing other violent things or trying to leave the state. This gentleman was not threatening to her, and he did not deserve to die for asking someone to be nicer to everybody on the bus. He deserves justice and so does his family.
