Reverse your destruction order for Beau

Reverse your destruction order for Beau
The issue
Beau, an american staffordshire terrier-great dane cross was playing like youngs dogs do and left caused two puncture wounds to another dog. He is now on death row due to an over reaction by a judge. See the article on stuff.co.nz by clicking here
If this decision is not over turned it could have huge implications for all dog owners who take their own dog to any place they are likely to meet another dog, on or off leash. A simple and quite natural altercation, although not something anyone wants to happen, will become a death sentenceWe all know that sometimes during play a dog receives a minor wound, they do after all use the mouth during play, not only when fighting. Not only that but what if two of my own dogs have a 'discussion' and someone else sees it. If they report it will that be enough to have one or both of them destroyed?
This decision is ridiculous and needs to be over turned. The dog should be deemed menacing and the owner should have to pay the fine, just like in thousands of other cases.
If you let your dog play with another dog either known or unknown, then YOU are accepting the risk that this exact event could happen to your own dog. No dog should be destoyed for this reason, ever.
