Joymax has being a disappointment since a long time, they have not once but many times made a huge mistake and making the game unenjoyable. For example they are unable to organize themselves to provide a proper gaming experience, like when the One Year anniversary week Event, a special event where joymax would celebrate their first year and the new release of Dracmon, but this "week event" ended up being a 3 months event, the Thanks Giving event that was supposed to happen in october created a crash on the game making it impossible for players to log in so they switch back to the "First Year Anniversary". Joymax will not help a player unless is a issue that affects many other users as well, they will not provide help to any user that had their account hacked. Joymax is unable to maintain High Traffic of players, so is impossible for them to do the 300% or 500% day event, like they used to because it will crash the game. I myself have a bug regarding multiple quest in a Zone and a bug with the Achievements, that joymax is supposed to be working on since the beginning of the year, and not until a few weeks ago they reply to me in a different way, because every time I tried to send a issue or a bug report they will reply the same way they always do:

Thats an automated reply, it means that they didn't even read the inquiry. They are disorganized regarding the updates for the Global Server, it looks as if they are more interested in making the Korean Server more playable than the Global, there are multiple of updates that we still don't have. The rest of the Maze Quest in F4, the new playable area, the Jogress evolution Examon and the promised PVP battle. Even thou I already mentioned about that Joymax will not do anything about hacked accounts, I need to say something more about that, not only I but many more users had their account hacked and they buy Silk from joymax. Once my account was hacked, all my items including Cash and Event items were deleated from my account I got lucky that they need the E-mail of the account to delete a digimon, if they knew that I would have lost all my digimons, which some of them were cash items.

Joymax have prove to be incompetent and unable to provide Support and the Correct organization for a good gaming experience, so this petition is for Joymax to start a Account transfer service, so anyone who is tired of the Joymax Server transfer their account to the new Aeria Global Server. Aeria has proven long time ago with their many different games that they are capable enough to be a good server.
