The Supreme Court has denied the petition for review in reference to the Baucum case. This means that Brianna would have to re file once she is dissolved of all current pending criminal charges. 

Journi is in the foster care system. She has not been placed with family members but family has petitioned to regain custody of Journi. 

There is no update on Brianna we ask that each and every one of you continue to share their story, demand justice, and RE-SIGN the petition. 

Prayers to both Brianna and Journi and we pray for the family members also petitioning to get Journi home where she belongs. 

Continued Prayers also to The Zimmerman Family, The Stone Family, The Harvey family, The Harris family and many others who have stood firm against the constant attacks, and ridicule for their position in standing with Brianna in gaining custody of her daughter. 

We ask that you all continue to speak positivity into this family and recognize that this is an injustice by far. Journi was removed on false pretenses and the state took 2 years to build a case to the best of their ability in hopes that Brianna would give up and she hasn’t and neither have those who support Brianna.
