Dear Shannon Kidd,
Brianna Baucum mother of Journi Baucum contacted your offices In 2019 on June 5, June 23, June 29, July 1, July 7, July 15, July 18, July 29, August 2, August 8, August 20 and again August 30th. These time frames all before her daughter was wrongfully removed by Tarrant County Child Protective Services due to false allegations of abuse.
Tony Tinderholt is aware of how Brianna Baucum has been treated as a constituent of Tarrant County. The department needs to be investigated for their treatment of this family. While in foster care the child has been physically, emotionally and sexually abused. The state has not been held accountable for this nor have they taken the person who made the false allegations into question -Cynthia Barboza. Your offices have neglected to care about the well being of both a child and her mother. Please investigate this and all of the false statements made which caused the removal of a safe child and assist with anything you can do with returning the child home.
