Samantha the puppy is at risk for euthanasia (as early as today 10/11/17) at the Town of Oyster Bay Animal Shelter located in Syosset, New York.  Samantha was adopted from the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter in Wantagh, New York, by a beautiful senior citizen who loves her very much.  Samantha is a gorgeous, large, and energetic young pup at approximately just a year old. Her new Mom enjoys reading while Samantha lays on the couch with her.  Unfortunately, Samantha got out of the house and took a stroll in the neighborhood.  She saw a child and with her energetic greeting, coupled with her large size, she accidentally knocked the child down.  For this ACCIDENT, she was removed to the POUND, and her new Mom is being intimidated by THE TOWN to sign Samantha's DEATH WARRANT.  Additionally, Samantha is not currently receiving any backup from the shelter she was adopted from.  PLEASE HELP TO SAVE SAMANTHA FROM BEING KILLED!
