After 4-5 years with a new president, governor and district attorney we are updated this petition. We are still fighting till this very day to bring Allen home. His health is still declining and it's not looking good for him health wise,it's been almost 23 years since his conviction not only is he innocent but he's served so many years. We are forwarding all petitions to the courts in the county of which Allen was convicted (Madera county in california) the family and I truly appreciate all of the support small or big and of coarse the signatures. If you'd like to write a note down there is a section in this petition to do so many people know Allen and many people support this petition.
