Eliminate spamming on Shutterstock

The Issue

Image, music and video creators are losing income as Shutterstock is flooded with new images that receive unfairly high placement in the search results by stuffing descriptions and keywords with redundant words and phrases....in other words, spam.

The tens of thousands of artists who follow Shutterstock's terms are being adversely affected by the few who flaunt the rules. Customers who license images, video and music are also being negatively affected by being shown substandard work with repetitive words in titles, making it more difficult to find what they need for their projects.
