If this proposed development is permitted it will cause substantial adverse effects:

*   Jeopardize Mojave Desert ecosystem and its scenic and cultural resource values
*   Reduce resiliency in the face of climate challenges
*   Impact essential habitat connectivity
*   Seriously reduce our already shrinking groundwater supply
*   Degrade the view of property owners and visitors
*   Greatly increase the potential of wild fires in a remote area without local fire protection
*   Generate noise and traffic
*   Create an unsafe access/exit due to existing road characteristics
*   Destroy our night sky
