Thank you for more signatures to this petition and good to get some support from my fellow WASPI sisters... as this is one of the compounding factors of my personal case I am not permitted my state pension till 2020 despite worked since 1969. I finally got a JSA payment on Thursday after a month without money. I am listening to the work and pensions debate now in the house of commons. It is sickeningly worrying that the Tories are refusing to see the pain of their mal policies.. There are so many stories of people being let down and cases of people feeling suicidal as they sink further into poverty. It is easy to debate and think your policies are working with a full belly and money in your bank account. But there seems complete mental blank out of cases in need. There is a hell bent drive to employment to reduce employment figures as if a measure of their success. I am here to tell you it is not a measure of success.... caring for those in need is a measure of success. Women survivors would like their financial dignity restored after their perpetrator has robbed them of this.. but it has to be recognised that the post traumatic stress needs time to heal and her confidence to operate in work has to be nurtured and rebuilt in that healing. With this an overlap of support through her transition. note benefits are not lost revenue and finds its way back the treasury in VAT on the precious little goods it can buy.
I am going to further stress we need a stable and strong pathway of support not this craziness of drops in support, said system generated debts and hassled by bailiffs... it is perverse to hassle a traumatised woman.....
I am trying and some good news supporters.... I had a poem published in the Hillingdon Literary Festival though no payment for this or wining of the competition it is an increased profile on my work. It is born out of my love and befriending a refugee family.. a Family that is amazing with lots of skills and expertise to offer the world... like me but we are all in healing and rebuild of lives mode and needing help with financial dignity and freedom. We link up as we can feel for one another in our pain and we encourage one another in times of feeling low and giving up... Keeping strong is so important.

I am studying online and applying for paid posts - good posts not just shoved into any posts.
I have further visits to parliament this week and next week to get my voice heard for all women survivors in need of help to rebuild their lives with care and compassion.
Sharing a photo captured in the grounds of the local university. A close water lily trying to blossom ... that is how we women feel closed in the pain and trauma needing time and support to blossom again as the true women we are. Help us not hurt us more.. help us blossom with good support. Thank you Marjorie
