Jerry Reese's awful draft strategies have continuously crippled the Giant's roster over time. His inaction during a critical offseason by failing to address the team's most glaring weaknesses are disgusting. People are not doing their job, and they are not getting replaced. Reese hasn't built depth at the most critical positions in football and refuses to face the facts that he continuously makes the wrong moves throughout the season and beyond. He has been lucky to win two super bowls with the previous GM's drafted players and coaches but the Mara family refuses to move past the fact that he has been one of the worst GM's in all of the NFL since he took over. It's time for a change, and it starts at the top.
