Pixar & Disney: No more torture, extreme violence, and militarism in G and PG films.

Pixar & Disney: No more torture, extreme violence, and militarism in G and PG films.
The Issue
Parents, educators, and others are concerned by Pixar & Disney's inclusion of excessive violence in G and PG rated films. This ranges from state/corporate control wherein toddler Boo screams "no" as she is strapped into the scream extractor in Monsters, Inc. to the 9/11 image of a plane destructively heading toward a city and the abduction of a baby in The Incredibles to Buzz Lightyear beating up his friends and Ken being tormented in Toy Story 3. While these are cartoon characters, children are learning that being mean is okay. It isn't. Let's tell John Lasseter, Chief Creative Officer of Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and DisneyToon Studios that children deserve better.
