Retrial of former UC Officer Ray Tensing after mistrial declared in his murder trial of Sam Dubose, an unarmed black man during a traffic stop. After 25 hours of deliberations, the jury, consisting of two African Americans, could not come up with a verdict. In support of the family and community, this case should be retried obtaining a verdict to show that a crime was committed by this officer.
