12 06 2021 It is almost 2 o’clock in the morning and the Etna police are pulsing me with their directed energy, microwave RF, through-the-wall-surveillance RADAR gun. They keep hitting my knees. Right now they are working on my right knee cap. It feels like I am being hit with a ball-peen hammer, over & over again. If you ever gotten hit on your funny bone, that excruciating pain, that is what it feels like, except this is done over and over, and over again. Police know how to kneecap people. They know the most vulnerable parts of a body. They’ve been trained at it. Audio diary file location VN702PC, D-187, 15 minutes 15 seconds, START 12:27 AM. This is a felony assault with a deadly weapon and TORTURE! I can’t sleep like this.

Ever since I started this PETITION, the assaults have escalated to unbelievable levels, probably to coerce me to stop the PETITION or not to  document in my audio diary, as this seems to be control & behavior modification, with pain.

1. Joint Congressional hearings on these weapons

2. Each state have a dedicated phone line to report these crimes without retaliation and prejudice

3. Hane the 94 DOJ prosecuting attorneys order and hold Grand Jury investigations and Grand Jury hearings

We need to be recognized, that it is not just spies, government employees, soldiers and diplomats being assaulted with these weapons. There is a large group of people, in the population at large, experiencing this torture. We cannot be dismissed; we have evidence.
