A person from Vilnius, Lithuania signed our PETITION. First of all, I am so sorry that you are experiencing this horrific and heinous weapon - pulsed microwave RF, that tortures people surreptitiously. Secondly, we will ALL be recognized and will get this atrocious crime into courts, that is happening to more than just to government employees, to diplomats and spies,  This is happening to normal ordinary, law abiding citizens in the United States and all over the world and ruining lives.

This technology is used for legitimate reasons as in the above 'virtual dig' and for locating and mapping underground utilities, for peering into things for quality control at a manufacturing facility (also known as 'non-destructive testing'), for locating people in a disastrous mud slide or in a collapsed rubble; it is also used by trades people to peer into walls to see how far insulation has sagged or where that leak is; it is used by engineers to check for structural soundness, as for example: looking through the composite of a bridge deck to see if it is still safe to carry a live load.
