At the end of January 2021, we started a petition asking for Joint Congressional Hearings & DOJ Investigation of Microwave Assaults on U.S. Citizens, as there are more than just the diplomatic corps that are being clandestinely assaulted with microwave directed energy.

We, as a targeted group, have experienced these assaults for many years, similarly to the assaults experienced at the United States and Canadian Embassies in Havana, Cuba.
Many of us have repeatedly called the FBI for help, pleading for investigations. Our pleas for help have been ignored, furthermore some of us have been sent for unwarranted evaluations, which are a slap in the face. Those people may have used incorrect scientific terminology to try to describe what was happening, but they are not ‘crazy’.
It seems to us, that this is a new method to control people, to silence them. Pulsed microwave radiofrequency radiation through-wall RADAR is being used as a bullying and intimidation device on steroids, to modify behavior and to force compliance by terrorizing a person with pain, with the intent to incite, provoke and aggravate, and designed to humiliate and shame.
What I have discovered, is that more often than not there are either law enforcement or former military involved in these assaults, which is true my case.
This is my FOIA request to my local law enforcement for police call logs that they did not want to release until I engaged an attorney. But they did immediately recognized the assaults to be High-Power Radiwaves (HPR) from my description, but failed to help me. Since my request for an investigation and for help to measure these pulsed High-Power Radiowaves (HPR), also known as pulsed microwave directed energy, I have realized it is they that are assaulting me, with hubris, to shut me up, as I rejected the advances of two police officers (one of them the Police Chief).

We are asking to be heard and are asking for
--- 1. We are asking our Senators and Congressmen to hold Joint Hearings on the use of intrusive and destructive pulsed, microwave radiofrequencies, as there are thousands and thousands of us being surreptitiously accosted. We need to shed abundant sunshine on this heinous crime, that is being obfuscated and ignored; discrediting people who are reporting it, much like the initial reaction to the United States diplomats’ and the eight undercover CIA officers’ reports were, when stationed at their posts in Havana, Cuba.
--- 2. We are asking that the 50 State Attorney Generals create and establish a dedicated phone line for reporting of this crime. There are that many of us!

We are asking that the 94 Federal Judicial District Prosecutors order investigations and schedule Grand Jury Hearings, to bring the criminals who are perpetrating this crime, to justice and bring relief to the normal, law abiding citizens, who have been enduring these heinous, extrajudicial, surreptitiously meeted out assaults.
--- 4. We would like to be considered for the healthcare that Senator Susan Collins sponsored and has been relegated to the microwave injured government employees, as we have those same injuries:

This is happening to more than just to 130 government employees and officials. This crime needs to be investigated and stopped! This is BULLYING on steroids. No one should have to live like this! No one should have to endure this. No one! THIS MADNESS HAS TO STOP!
I personally have contacted the FBI Pittsburgh Field office over a half dozen times. Each time I called, I was given the agents id number, but no name. And even though I asked for a record or case number, I was never given one. I was also never given an update of how any investigation was going.
This is a formal Freedom of Information request

Please respond in this open forum, how these investigations are going and with updates of its progression. And please supply the same to the DOJ prosecuting Attorney Stephen Kaufman for Western District of Pennsylvania, as he has been asking me about what work you have done on my case, subsequent to all my calls.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
