Staff and giving care

The care to Shona was poor letting her have wires razor blade was able to run away from staff she been cutting overdosing drinking they would say that she  was doing therapy when she was sat alone in her bedroom there were a lot of staff but always said there was not enough the patients had seen them sleeping and smoking drugs when she wanted to speak to staff they said they would come but never did the male doctor who should of been helping her disappeared so they never had him in  court and staff were saying they could not remember that night would you forget it  there  what they said in court was not the same as the first said one of the staff when he found out that Shona was there said she better not play up tonight Shona had took them she was going to do it that night but was left alone until they found her in her bathroom with a cord around her neck they cut it off her they spent 20minutes and said she was fine to be on her own the next time they checked her she was found purple with a cord around her neck medical tried for hours to get her back but there was nothing sh went to the ward and put on life support in the end we had to turn it off
