Onondaga Park Rangers refuse to file police reports when 911 is dispatched to WEGAMS GOOD DOG PARK. Dogs are attacked, 911 is called and no reports are filed by PARK RANGERS. When a Freedom of Information request is filed for the "police blotter" it is denied as containing personal information.

Dog owners at the Park believe that reporting to 911 is creating a paper trail of aggressive dogs with the Park Rangers. This is not the case police reports are not being filled out by the Rangers. Dogs have been injured, aggressive dogs and their owners are not identified by PARK RANGERS. 911 dispatched calls are withheld by Onondaga County. This is a public SAFETY issue for dogs, owners of well behaved responsible dog owners.
