Thank you to the citizens of British Columbia!

Thank you for signing and sharing this petition to Abolish MSP Premiums in BC.  To date 80,742 signatures have been added to this petition letting the government know how we felt about regressive taxation policies. 

When I sat down at my computer 4 years ago I was frustrated with the way the MSP Premiums were being handled in this province. My kids had just aged out and the first thing they got was a bill from the government!  As well no other province had to charge regressive taxes disguised as premiums to cover health costs.

While taxes are something that we pay in order to have the services we need, they should never be regressive! So often a government will keep taxes low and add fees instead. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of the citizens that stood up and said No to MSP premiums in BC.

We started a petition that turned into a grassroots movement to have our voices heard and we succeeded!! 

We have the power!
