It is time to put this issue to rest! We all agree that MSP Premiums in BC are unfair, regressive and do not address the issue of health care costs. MSP premiums affect more Bristish Columbians that the removal of the tolls... "Horgan said the decision ( to cancel the tolls) will cost the province about $132 million this year and that can be managed without affecting borrowing costs." Following the calculations we are in year 12, THE CANCELLATION FEE TO END THIS CONTRACT IN 2017 ---; $3,588,192.00 So, a one time fee of $3.5 million, substancially less than the $132 million per year for the toll removal.
