It has been announced that the original cheese curd stand at the Minnesota State Fair will be shut down because the people who run the fair won't allow the owners to pass the stand down to their son to continue to run the location.

Apparently, there have been a few times in the past where this has been allowed yet for some reason the people currently in charge are not going to let this happen.

But the people in charge say "There will still be plenty of cheese curds on the fairgrounds."

This is absurd.

For many people, the state fair is about tradition, and the original cheese curd stand has been a staple in that tradition for 40 years.

This place is iconic to the fair and if their son is happy to take it over, We believe he should be able to.
