We need to remove Vince Medley from ACCT Philly as Executive Director for the mistreatment of Rescue Organizations who are going out of their way to stop his slaughter of animals who can be saved. He was already removed from another shelter for mistreatment of animals. Why he is allowed to work with any animal organization is beyond my comprehension.
