Dear Contributors and Supporters,

Our Petition has grown and we already have 1279 signatures.

So we decided to lodge an Official complaint with the SAHRC regarding the Ongoing Water Deprivation, also termed Water Shedding or Water Shifting in the Johannesburg Metropolitan District and have submitted our Petition to the Acting CEO Mr Vusumuzi Mkhize this afternoon, the 25th of April 2024 at 13:49

We are now awaiting response and will keep all in the loop.

Should there be no response from the SAHRC before Wednesday the 1st of April 2024, will we deliver the documents by hand to the Gauteng Provincial (GP) Office.

We still intend to table the Petition in Parliament and in the Johannesburg City Council.
