IMPORTANT MEETING TOMORROW

Jesus Lunch continued to the end of this school year and they already have plans for next year. But YOU can help change that. Tomorrow at 5:30 there is a joint meeting of The Middleton Parks commission and the License and Ordinance Committee where they will be discussing the future of Jesus Lunch. Attendance at this meeting is VITAL for our effort. There will be many supporters of Jesus Lunch, so we need to be sure that we have just as many that support city rules to keep kids safe at school. Several regulations will be discussed during a closed session, and by speaking and showing your support for these regulations, you can make a big difference. A petition is being circulated regarding these regulations. Please email stamp@tds.net to read and sign it ASAP! As a student at Middleton High School, I am begging you to come; speak your mind and tell our government why Jesus Lunch should not continue. Without everyone's support, this issue will continue to be divisive and distracting to the school environment and will continue to make students feel unsafe at a public school. Remember, tomorrow; Tuesday, June 14th at 5:30 in the Middleton City Council chambers. Please come speak your mind. Thanks!
