A few months after losing our darling Jess, a friend of hers posted a picture of Jess on her Instagram story with the caption 'Be more Jess'. It was such a sweet gesture and so true. Jess was such a generous, caring and giving soul, always kind and always smiling. It is our deepest desire to bring about positive change in Jess' name, in a manner that is in keeping with her incredible personality.

GP's need more support and funding. We hope Sajid Javid is seriously listening because procrastination is resulting in the devastating loss of yet more lives.
