Remove Ian McCaw As Liberty University Athletic Director

Remove Ian McCaw As Liberty University Athletic Director
The Issue
Ian McCaw ought to be removed as the Liberty University athletic director. Liberty University was founded with a vision to be a shining light on a hill; a beacon of Christ's love and biblical ethics. This standard applies to all Liberty employees and is of particular importance for those in leadership positions. Ian McCaw, by his actions as the Baylor University athletic director from 2003 - 2016, does not meet this standard.
Ian McCaw was previously sanctioned and placed on probation by Baylor's Board of Regents for his role in the under reporting of sexual assault allegations, allowing a culture on campus in which alleged victims were often blamed, and denying victims access to proper on-campus judicial channels.
Ian McCaw's own actions disqualify him from leading the young men and women at Liberty University.
Call Liberty and demand Ian McCaw step down: (434) 582-2000.
Tweet Liberty @LibertyU with the hashtag #NoMcCawLU and demand Mr. McCaw's resignation.
