I'm convinced some Indian casinos in California might cheat customers with their slot machines by altering the servers to any pay program they chose. They are self regulated have no accountability and could do anything they want if they chose to do so. They can make it for better or worse based on how many people are there with the simple click of a mouse. They would deny this of course,but then again it's not like Reno or Las Vegas that has a gaming commission. With the billions of dollars in revenue that can be altered with the click of a mouse what is to stop them?

They have no committee they investigate themselves and might not be offering legit electronic games by some form of manipulation with their servers. Please sign this petition let's end their self regulation only regarding slot machines or any electronic games in relation to rng programs,servers or any ability to control the machines without gaming regulation officers present!

It's bad enough that the house always wins but at least in Las Vegas your getting a fair game that's investigated and regulated often.Instead it's potentially a very crooked one where the temptation is just to easy for any origination like a Tribal Indian casino to do this. So come on guys we offered them the ability to be self sufficient with their gaming and now their ungrateful,untrustworthy and downright could be cheating customers with super low paying slot machines some days and other days normal that's cheating!

Their excuse would be something like ''It's just for entertainment'',or it's a fair game. Unless we regulate their actions they will continue to have the ability to manipulate the machines at any time with a mouse click literally duping customers which is stealing! Let's throw the book at em change the law and change the way they run their money palaces that allows them to be independent as a Tribe.
