Yet another instance of UHNM being unable to cope

This isn't a development directly related to this petition. It is however yet another newspaper article proving that not everything goes to plan. When UHNM can't cope because humans are not doing what they 'should' or what they are 'expected' to do, things go wrong. How much worse would the situation become for stroke patients if Stafford's Stroke Rehabilitation Unit was closed? Would Stoke really be able to cope?
