Background into this petition

This is the third false allegations case made against me after two previous attempts made by the Greater Manchester Police with false made police assaults one was dismissed the other resulting in a wrongful conviction & sentence that was overturned on appeal, a month later I was again entrapped by incitement into the current offence, wrongly convicted & sentenced deliberately overlooking & concealing evidence of my innocence from the court.
