I’ve now updated the petition to make everything clearer and easier to understand.
The focus is simple:
Public services keep misreading people because communication is too rushed, too unclear, and too disconnected between departments.
I’ve added clearer wording about:
• 10-minute GP appointments
• body language being misunderstood
• unsafe discharge summaries
• information not being shared properly
• assumptions being made instead of listening
• the need for calmer tone and pacing
• safer communication across every service
The goal is the same:
A calm, safe, modern system where people are understood properly — not misjudged.
