We appreciate your product and its alluring shine and jiggle, and believe that in today's culinary climate savory aspic flavors would be successful with both home and professional kitchens alike. Historical recipes for molded salads aren't suited to the modern lemon and lime flavors, and the revival of such vintage gems as tomato, celery, Italian, and other salad flavored powdered gelatin mixes would allow a greater range of exploration and creativity among your customer base.
