The Exit toll on I-44 going into Elgin, OK has become safety concern for local residents of Elgin, fletcher, sterling, we have had large influx in the local population in the last ten years. Due in part from the Military and Civil Service and Government contractors seeking safer areas to live outside of Lawton. This has caused the toll booth exit at I- 44 to become backed up into the interstate on almost daily basis around 4pm-6pm. Vehicles will be parked on I-44 with Semi trucks and passenger vehicle flying by at speeds of 80 mph plus, nearly hitting the awaiting vehicles.  We are asking for this toll to be removed for safety reason before someone is injured or killed. Please acted on this before it’s too late
