Significant differences exist between the legal conception of the Audiencia Nacional and the Tribunal Constitucional of Spain and the civilized world. Once again, the ECHR has condemned Spain for violations of human rights and has stated that the burning of photographs of the Spanish royal couple is covered by the right to freedom of expression and does not constitute an offense of incitement to hatred. The massive violations of human rights committed by Spain in Catalonia in 2017 and 2018 are still awaiting judicial review. Only an International Tribunal would be able to adequately judge the actions of Mariano Rajoy, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, Pablo Llarena, Carme Lamela and others. Catalonia continues to be under an unconstitutional application of Article 155 of the Spanish Constitution, which, moreover, violates human rights. And the European Union is still watching in silence!
