Support Your Local Gun Shop - Help NOVA Firearms Fight for our Rights!

Support the right of gun dealers like NOVA Firearms to do business!

NOVA Firearms is the closest full-service gun shop to our Nation's capitol, and that's why anti-gun activists want to shut them down.  The battle against gun shops is part of the war on the Second Amendment. Once again NOVA Firearms is a symbol of this struggle, and their small business is threatened by opponents who wish to shutdown anyone who thinks differently.

The anti-gun movement have launched a petition and organized a protest to obstruct the grand opening of NOVA Firearms's new location in McLean, VA.

Show your support of NOVA Firearms by signing this petition and visiting NOVA Firearms's new location at 1389 Chain Bridge Road in McLean, Virginia.  This is your opportunity to help protect private enterprise and the Second Amendment--but that can't happen if freedom's enemies have a louder voice than us.

NOVA Firearms have served the community since 2009, and their customers include law enforcement officers, military personnel, intelligence officers, air marshals, secret service agents, and everyday citizens.  Previously they operated without incident in Falls Church on Route 7, and they enjoyed growing success in their second location in McLean.  Their new location in McLean will have over 3,000 square feet for a retail showroom and classroom facilities for safety instruction.

Just over a year ago James "JB" Gates became the owner of NOVA Firarms. The 29-year-old US Marine Corps Veteran offers extensive knowledge in firearms, safety, and security based on his military experience as well as his work protecting high profile clients in Washington, DC.

Recently Gates canceled plans for a store in nearby Arlington when local activists threatened to interfere with the lease for the new location.  "Opponents of the Second Amendment know citizens can't exercise their Second Amendment rights if they have no where to buy firearms in the first place," Gates said.

According to Gates, his experience in Arlington lead to bigger and better opportunities including the new McLean location. "We received a tremendous outpouring of support and invitations to grow our business in a better location," Gates said.

Critics claim that a gun dealer creates dangers to its neighbors, which Gates says is contrary to the fact that gun sales have skyrocketed without an increase in crime.  "In fact," Gates said, "According to FBI statistics, baseball bats and hammers are involved in more crime than rifles.  I hope the crazies don't shut down the sporting goods shop and hardware store."

NOVA Firearms and their customers need your moral support and business.  Help them defend the rights of local gun shops to do business and help them protect your ability to exercise your Second Amendment rights.  Sign the petition and visit their new location at 1389 Chain Bridge Road in McLean, Virginia.  For more information, visit the website for NOVA Firearms and follow them on Facebook.
