I recently travelled via the New Delhi Airport, and I cannot be happier to share this experience with you. For the first time in Delhi, I was not asked to get off my wheelchair. Instead, the CISF staff used Ion Mobility Spectrometry - they swabbed my wheelchair with strips, and scanned that. 

I was also informed that the CISF staff is pre-informed about wheelchair users, and has a list with this. This is a result of the petition I started, asking CISF staff to be trained on sensitively handling wheelchair-using passengers. 

This is a huge milestone for me! If Delhi airport has implemented this, I am sure that other airports will follow suit. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me, and making this happen.
