King County Judge Spector had been found by multiple lawyers to be extremely unprepared and biased. The issue had been ongoing for more than ten years since our colleague lawyer made the first voice.

Demand King county Superior Court Judge Julie Spector to resign from the bench!!!

It had been more than ten years since the first voice in our community raising the concerns about Judge Spector’s being “unprepared”, “biased”. It has been well known to our colleagues in the bar that everyone was trying to avoid being before Judge Spector so Affidavit of Prejudice was frequently filed. Being an attorney, we do not care if we lose after being heard. We do care if the judge did not at all read the documents, did not review the evidence we submitted.
Spector went too far from the normal judge, one of the colleague commented, “It doesn't matter what the law is, you will be subject to the law of Julie Spector, which is completely different than what real law is.”
Spector needs to be removed from the bench because a lot of bias and injustice had happened in Spectors courtroom. Spector’s arbitrary and carious decision changes too many innocent peoples’ lives. She needs to be removed.
Before putting this post, we consulted with multiple colleagues in this community, we request a through investigation on Judge Julie Spector who had been departed from the accepted standard for judicial proceedings in Washington courts.
