On August 2, 2019 Star was seized from the home of Susan Zirges Reeder aka Care Transportation in Victorville, CA. Star was found barricaded in a back room, a towel was stuff under the door, she had no food or water. The air conditioner is/was broken in the home and she languished, unnoticed in the sweltering heat. It was over 100 degrees outside that day. Star is lucky to be alive! This petition is to beg the DA to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law and to not allow Susan Zirges Reeder to regain custody of Star after the intentional, malicious abuse she suffered by her hands.
