Please help share to all social media sites and tweet this petition, we are now over 150,000 signatures.  Here is another lawsuit that was just filed for the suffocation of another Black man in 2018.  The coroner just ruled David Baker's death a homicide. 

For Elijah McClain the Coroner is silent!

The Adams County Coroner says they can't determine whether Elijah McClain's death was an accident, was due to natural causes, or is a homicide related to the police department's use of a carotid hold.  The video's of what happened that night tells the truth... that it was a homicide!
