Monday August 19th 2019. In 2 days my son will have been in jail for a whole year. His bail reduction was denied because the text messages of her confessing that she lied are "not admissible in court"! I will be getting charged soon i don't know for what and why if all I've ever done is defend my son and try to help my son since nobody else will. The reason for this update is to let you guys know that my son STILL HASN'T RECEIVED ANY OF THE EVIDENCE THAT THEY HAVE ON THE VICTIM AND HIS FRIENDS. My son has the right to know about their conversations prior to getting to that party just like they feel my son texts were important. This has been a one way investigation from day one. My son hasn't gotten a visit from his lawyer in God knows how long. They see eachother at court and he answer the phone when my son continuously calls him back to back to then tell my son theirs nothing new. But how if he hasn't gotten to see most of the evidence? How come theirs nothing to talk about if his freedom is on the line?. I need you guys to share this petition.
