First i want to thank those who already signed this petition. But in order to get their attention we need at least 859 more signatures to try and get a referral to their organization. As of now nothing has happened. They have evidence proving it wasn't him and its not enough for at least a bail reduction.. His lawyer cut all communication with my son and myself. In my opinion he doesn't have the experience to deal with a high case profile case. In my opinion he doesn't want to work this case because it was forced on him so he's not fighting for him or his rights. The reason i feel is important to us we get their attention is because my son is not been given proper legal assistance and made my son plea on his probation hearing and take a vandalism felony charge when in reality their wasn't no proof my son was the one who cause the damage but my son doesn't question his lawyer because he calls him naive nd throw in his face he didn't want the case to begging with. I called the D.A to let her know about it. And as soon as i said our names she went from nice nd polite to being rude. She said "All inmates think their lawyers don't do their job . i dont want to hear any of that" so couldn't tell her he was told by his lawyer he can't file no motions on his own if he knows what's best. This organization will make sure my son gets a fair trial and make sure he is given proper representation since this is high profile case. Thank you for your support and signatures.
