Letters to Minister and MP were sent

Last week we tried to email to Principal and School Council. Unfortunately, we have not received any reply from them. On sunday School send a newsletter to parents, it mention to new recruitment for Italian bilingual program. Instead of responding to parents, school look like pushing the process faster. We guess that the school is trying to make it done before our petition can deal anything with politicians. We wonder how new recruitment should happen in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yesterdays, We sent Petition letter to Minister and MPs and request a direct meeting or online conference. With your supports, parents are more confident in this battle to save Vietnamese bilingual program.

Petition is getting a lot of attention and supporters' signs. Petition got 2500+ just in the first week and now increasing dramatically. We absolutely appreciate your support to Vietnamese Bilingual Program. Your signatures are helping not only for Vietnamese Children at FPS, but also help Vietnamese teacher to retain their jobs!. they are experienced and beloved teachers. Unfortunately we dont think they will have any job at school when alot of new teachers will be recruited for Italian program.

Therefore we need more signs, more pressure until The Minister and MP accept a meeting or promise to save  Vietnamese bilingual program.. Please keep going, keep sharing to your friends and neighbour, and make our petition great.
