Let us learn! 

It has come to our attention that funding for Stage 2 & 3 of construction for Edgars Creek Secondary College has not been approved by the government. We all know that Edgars Creek has a positive future, with over 300 students to enrol next year alone. Don't you think that the foundation students of Edgars Creek deserve a chance to experience the same features and facilities that other students will experience in the future? 

If funding isn't approved soon, students will not have general classrooms, a gymnasium, a performing arts building, a canteen, food technology rooms and more. Edgars Creeks Secondary College is the ONLY public secondary school in the area. The next closest public school is over 30 mins away via public transport. We feel this is unacceptable for the local residents.

Not only will the students miss out, but the local community will too. The library, gymnasium and performing arts centre were all going to be shared and used by the local community outside school hours. If they are not built - the community will have no access to these facilities.
