London venues missing out on record income from F&B

It seems London venues are missing out on big revenue from Food & Beverage consumed by Sexpo attendees! The Sydney Convention & Exhibition hosted the recent Sexpo events and found the Sexpo team to be informative, professional and friendly to deal with. They were extremely eager to help us understand the various objectives and challenges about this unique show so we would be able to plan appropriately for all the various elements and features. Both shows tested us through a challenging combination of patronage, exhibition elements and consumer behaviour. Challenges in particular were with crowd management, ticketing sales, responsible service of alcohol, risk management, cleaning and security. The events itself however ran like clockwork and we would rate them with our most successful events. The team were always responsive to our requirements and worked in genuine partnership with the Centre to ensure a positive outcome for all parties concerned. The Food and Beverage retail component plays a significant part in the overall success of the show and the Sexpo broke the record of the highest revenue taken from a single outlet during any exhibition over our 25 years of operation.
