This petition has had over 15,000 signatures and has now been updated as the list of reasons why Priti Patel should be sacked keeps growing. 

We can now add the following from the last few weeks:

- her handling of the channel crossings

- her controversial plans for deportations

- her failure to resettle stranded Afghans

- her incompetence in managing the Windrush compensation scheme

- more punitive anti-protest measures in the policing bill

- her plans to strip people of their British citizenship

- her fast track visa scheme for scientists that has attracted zero applicants in the first 6 months

Anyone else with this sort of record and evidence of incompetence would have been warned and sacked by now!
