MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - EMPLOYEE TRAVEL BENEFITS 1. Employee travel benefits which are presently enjoyed by employees will not be reduced during the terms of this agreement, notwithstanding to the terms and conditions of applicable savings clauses. 2. Employees who misuse travel benefits will be subject to the normal discourse of progressive disciplinary action, notwithstanding the applicable reservations of management and union recognition, 3. Employee travel benefits will not be withheld as a form or arbitrary discipline for work performance deficiencies or other non-related matters. 4. The Company further agrees that, in the exercise and administration of its discretion of the Company Employee Travel Plan, employees will not have employee travel benefits unreasonably withheld in any unsubstantiated case.
