Feel like council dont care

Things are still no better we are back in Birmingham but me and my two teenage boys are all crammed in one room .I'm not able to sleep at night I'm in so much pain the kids are not sleeping either .I just feel like I'm banging my head up against a brick wall .my mental health is really not good .I can hardly  walk anyway .I have been rushed to hospital twice in the last 2weeks  .if it wasnt for my kids I dont think I would be alive now
